Interview
HR Recruiter contacted me for a phone interview. Very basic and simple. Asked about my experiences and why I was interested in MMC? Followed by a 1:1 interview with a hiring manager the next week at their office.
First, I had a phone Interview and then an on-site interview with two teams which consisted of two members in the team. The atmosphere was pretty friendly and relaxing. The team members were really nice.

Typical basic, interview questions. Nothing that would elicit more thoughtfulness.
I got a call from HR, did a preliminary interview, then they arranged for me to meet my direct manager, then an interview with the VP. Was offered the job after that. They do a criminal background, ask for you references and check with your university that you actually graduated there
