Marsh McLennan must be the most haunted company in the world, given the amount of ghosting candidates have to endure. A telephone interview was scheduled, but the time came and passed with no attempt to contact me. I was then emailed with the pathetic excuse that my phone was not working. It was, and still is. No attempt to reschedule. Very poor performance from Marsh McLennan, though if I have the misfortune to become a customer, I'll know what kind of service to expect.
Given your background, I actually think you have a strong technical profile for this interview. The main challenge is likely to be convincing the panel why someone with 13.5 years of experience and a corporate background wants to join a contractual IIT role. Prepare a thoughtful, genuine answer to that question—it is very likely to come up.

Interview
It was the on-campus interview for the year 2025.
So mostly questions asked were resume-based and also asked some SQL and Oops questions.
In the end on-campus interview are luck based.
Very good, it was smooth and fast, didn’t take too long. And all the interviewers are nice, give you feedback on time. It’s a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.
