If you are over the age of 25, do not bother. This company practices age discrimination. The female in my interview literally said to me that they prefer to hire people straight out of college so that they can mold them to how they want them to be. The Recruiter never even responded to me after several follow up attempts. Very unprofessional.
Awful, their recruiters just ruin the process for everyone. Ultimately I decided to go with a role at a firm that actually has a put-together talent team. Marsh should really revamp the whole team. I do not recommend.
