The recruiter was efficient, constructive, and great at communicating with me. I had a screening call, then two formal interviews. Right away I could tell how nice everyone was, I was treated with respect and felt like the company genuinely wanted me to work there. The way I was treated in this process had a great deal to do with why I accepted. I saw this as a great opportunity with great people and felt like I would be given the resources to succeed. The recruiter even called me to ask how I thought the interviews went before telling me how the team thought they went. I thought this was great and showed that my opinion mattered as well.
