The interview process included a conversation and phone interview with a recruiter. Then he set up a formal zoom interview with the senior VP and the director of the department. This was great! She answered every question I had and gave great feedback. The director was unable to attend but at the end of the zoom interview she said I should hear from her very soon about scheduling another interview to meet the director. Two weeks or so went by and I received an email and a formal invite to go in for a face to face interview. This was with three people. They were friendly, informative, and detailed. They also were very transparent. They explained they had other interviews but I should hear from them sometime by the end of the next week. I actually heard back the beginning of the next week.
