I applied through other source. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marshalls (Calgary, AB) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was the usual interview process: tell me something about yourself, what would you do in different situations with coworkers or customers. Why are you applying for the job.
The whole interview took about 30 minutes. They will need at least 2 references. After 1 week they offered me a job.
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
