I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marshalls (Maple Grove, MN) in Nov 2011
Interview
Had one interview with hiring manager, asked basic interview questions, how are your views on a culturally diverse workforce, what are your strengths, what do you know about Marshalls, why do you want to work here, what do you have to offer Marshalls..etc.. It took about a week or so to hear anything back, of course they called back after I already had found another job,I stupidly took their job instead of the other offer. Big Mistake!
