I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Marshalls (Maple Grove, MN) in Oct 2014
Interview
Very easy. I applied with paper forms, got a call less than a week and my interview was less than 5 minutes. I got hired on the spot. Overall, the interview was quick and easy for me. I've ended up working there for a little over a year.
The interview process consisted of getting to know you, why you would be a good fit for this role, asking questions on hypothetical situations as an associate, and your availability.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
