Marshalls Store Associate interview questions

Just a quick chat with the manager and then I received the job on spot. Just try to be confident and concise. I had a fun time working there and suggest it a great place to work!

First I went to a fair job in my city, I talked with the recruiter, and then the recruiter scheduled a second interview in one of the stores. In the store, they asked me some questions, mostly about my previous experience, in which I focused on customer service, such as how to handle tight deadlines, how to provide excellent customer service, a situation where I get good feedback from a customer and how I took it and more... They ask for your availability, and salary expectations, and tell a little more about the company. Do not forget to ask some questions when they say to you. And the process took for me a couple days to receive answer.
