First they send a request for a phone interview. Then you reply that you are interested. Then you realize they didn't read your reply about being interested and try to get a hold of them. Then they will schedule a phone interview, you'll sit on front of the phone at the scheduled time. Eventually you'll call them to find out they forgot they scheduled an interview with you. Then they'll ask if you want to have the interview since you called and it will be like "ok whatever, let's get it over with". That's when you already know you have no chance.
