Technical phone interview, ask question about basic circuits, pole and zeros, RC, diff, current mirror, opamp and adc, pll. and the interviewer give introduction about their projects for 10 min.

Positive, interview went on for almost an hour. I had prior experience related to the field I applied, since this was an intern position interview was focused on basics. Got a very positive feedback and assurance for selecting to second round, but they rejected me after ghosting for 3+ weeks
