Interview
Skype interview. Horrible, interviewer was 45 mins late. Seemed completely dis-interested and unprofessional. When asked questions about MasTec, the answers were very vague and alluding. My impression of this company was "beware", not a great place to work. Interviewer did not say anything positive about their experience there, or anything positive as what to expect. I can't believe this was actually a field supervisor. Not someone I believe anyone could look to as a leader.

Interview
Simple. No real interview. Just what they call onboarding. Meet management. Basic background info that was already available. Decent about answering questions regarding job life. Not much else to the interview process unless things have changed since my time of hire. Most other information will be offered during training time.
