Masco Canada interview questions

Three-stage interview: HR phone screening, interview with 2 people, panel-interview The interviewers were nice, but very poor communication about the interview process timeline, no updates where the application status is, or any indication of what's going on even if you email them to ask. There was no email sent/any update that I did not get the position even after two interviews and a phone screening, the least they should do is to send an email to update you about their decision instead of just ghosting applicants. very unprofessional, and no appreciation for your time

Terrible. The entire call took 15 mins total and the HR rep was absolutely unprofessional, cold and belittled me during the call. Did not seem at all interested in the conversation and when asked questions either REFUSED to answer it or told me to refer to the posting for the answer. The rep asked the exact same questions that were literally asked when filling out the online workday application. Why even bother wasting my time asking these questions when I already gave you the answer.
