It was very good, HR phone interview was not so difficult. she was friendly and answered all my questions. HR phone interview followed 2 more interview rounds. I accepted the offer and it was a great learning experience to work with the team.

About my previous experience, how did my day look like
Two rounds. One with the PI and the other with the current Research Assistant. Just basic interview questions and process to go over resume details. However I think this process can be varied by departments.
