Applied online and got a call from the recruiter. Got a call from the director who scheduled the interview with me after I passed the screen. Had an in-person interview and got a quick tour of the office space. Heard back within 1-2 weeks about a job offer.

Interview
The interview process took about 3 weeks due to summer schedule. Everyone was quite responsive especially the Talent Acquistion Manager. The process was average; first with a phone call with HR, zoom interview withing hiring manager and then with team members. Everyone was very kind and informative until the final round. Lastly, was a zoom interview with the Executive Director which I had a negative experience with. The person was disrespectful and interrupted me with a condescending, unfriendly manner and I felt like even if I was offered the position, I would have declined because I would not want to work with this person.
