Was contacted quickly for a phone screening, which went well. Then moved on to a Zoom interview. The interviewer did not seem very engaged, like they did not want to be there, and did not ask me very many questions. I never heard back from my recruiter, even after following up when I ended up receiving an "exploding offer" from another department.
