I applied online and was contacted by an HR recruiter. She did an initial phone screening and then I was contacted by the hiring manager for 2 phone interviews and 1 in-person interview. It was a bit confusing because there were actually a few positions they were looking for, and so they were trying to figure out where I could be a good fit. I spoke with multiple people about several positions, and then had a 1.5 hour in-person interview. Lots of questions about organizational fit and management styles. It felt like a good match, although I never heard back until I reached out to the HR recruiter, who said the positions had been filled.
