Applied online, got an email the next day asking me to fill out a screening questionnaire. Had some basic questions on why I was interested in the role, what my relevant experience was, whether I could speak Spanish, etc. I submitted this questionnaire and was asked the next day to schedule an interview. I interviewed the next week with the manager. It was just behavioral questions and a few questions about my experience. After that they wanted me to interview with the team. Team interview happened a few days after, and it was a panel of similar behavioral questions. Some questions overlapped between the two rounds of interviews. Didn't hear back from them for over a week until I was contacted by an HR recruiter requesting 4 references within 24 hours for a SkillShare survey. It was a 30-question survey that each reference had to fill out, with a mix of rating me on skills and short-answer questions on what they felt my strengths/weaknesses were. This was a new grad role. 21/hr. They hadn't offered me the position and at this point I told them I was no longer interested.
