Interview
It was very laid back . They were basically seeing if I was friendly and worked well with a team. I interviewed with the lead business Analyst first and then the Operations manager. The standard questions were asked. I believe that because a friend recommended me for this job I was already decided before the interview. It was just a formality.
The interview consisted of two Case Interviews. Specifically, one consulting-focused case and one finance-related case. Focused on quantitative skills and analysis rather than fit and behavioral match. The cases were approximately forty-five minutes.
