Effective. Appointment times kept. No waiting for any one of the people I met with. Reception and HR staff friendly and helpful. Manager and interview panel professional and friendly. No issues with any portion of the process. The pre-interview communication and planning was clear and easy to follow. The position and my experiences were not a match so there was no offer.

Multiple applications that got recruiter calls and they aligned me to the job and said expect an interview schedule and to hear back from me in a few days. Then ghosted not even a sorry the job is not moving forward
Many interviews and long turn around time / slow communication. Wanted a project two hundred (build your core business of individuals you will warm call) and possession of client book if I parted ways with the firm.

Phone screen was easy. Wanted to know about background and why you want to work there. HR was very nice. Got invited to a second round. It seems they are relocating their HQ from Springfield to Boston, which is great.
