I applied online. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA) in Feb 2026
Interview
The process started with an HR phone screen to confirm background, role fit, and availability. Then I had one interview with the hiring manager focused on my projects and how I use SQL/Excel/Tableau to solve business problems. A follow-up round included a short technical assessment (SQL and basic analytics) plus behavioral questions about stakeholder communication and prioritization.

I applied online. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview was pretty easy. I was very closed to get the offer even though I did not get the offer. The hiring manager liked me and my skill evaluation test result. She did even check my references. But she offered the position to someone else. It would be nice if they do not check references if they are not considering for hiring.
