I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA) in May 2015
Interview
I applied to the position through the Partners career portal in October and didn't hear from HR until April. HR screened me with a phone interview and then I was asked to return for an in-person one on one interview with the hiring manager and a few others. After that, it moved quickly. The HR phone interview was standard behavioral questions and the in-person interview had more role-specific questions.
