Interview
Had a phone screen with the department and they then reached out to me for an in person interview. Interviewed with multiple doctors and practice admin's for 30 minutes. The offer was incredibly low (17.40/hour for someone with 4+ years experience) and the benefits were much more expensive than surrounding hospitals so I declined the offer.
