The initial interview was brief. The interview was friendly and informative. I was told that I would hear back from the HR department by end of the week. Did not hear back and I had to call back and find out the status. I was not selected for the second interview. The overall process was positive and fair.

Interview
Had an initial phone screen with the Senior Project Manager in charge of the project. A week later I was called in for a three person Panel Review with Senior Management. They made a quick decision and I heard back from the Recruiter the same day after the final interview. It took about 3 weeks from the initial interview to a job offer. It took another week to complete the full background check and start employment.
