I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Milpitas, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Sent in my resume in view their website and received a call rather quickly about the position. Set up interview and meet with the manager and owner. Was short for the most part, longest portion was filling out a paper application prior to going in for the face to face interview. Once the interview started there were a few questions regarding experience and availability. And that was it.
Very easy application. Helps if you have previous experience working a front desk or working at massage Envy in general. Really just wants to see if your personality fits and will mesh well.
Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.
Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
