The application process was pretty simple. I applied online and then I got a call from the franchise owner. We interviewed the next day. I heard from them a few days later. They told me that we’re still interested and would be in touch for another interview. A week later, I had to interview with someone else, over the phone. It was basically the same interview again. Then, I had a third interview over the phone again. A week later I got the “We have decided to Pursue other Candidates... ” Email. Never again.
