The job interview was simple. Just basic interview questions. The pitch is hard not as hard to memorize as everyone on here says it is. It really helps you if you have previous sales experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Portland, OR) in Jan 2026
Interview
Phone interview 1st. That went really well, so scheduled an in person interview. That went really well also and I got a job offer. Up to that point, communication was great. I was just waiting until the background check was completed, then they would give me my start date. After a few days from when I accepted the position and filled out my hiring paperwork online and still no word, I text the manager asking for an update. She did get back to me and said she'd been sick and said she would keep me updated and suggested some more online training stuff (that I could do while waiting or wait until I started). After that... nothing. They ghosted me. I waited a couple weeks- wanting to reach out but not wanting to bug them. Finally, I sent a text asking when my start date would be and she replied they didn't hear from me, so went another way. What??? So completely rude and unprofessional and just plain weird.
