Interview
Very easy. If you get to the second interview they like you. They just want to see if you can sell memberships and products. Also, make sure you research about their company before the interviews so you can ask them questions like you are really interested in their company. Make sure you get a clear understanding of the job title. They told me I would be a receptionist and I ended up selling memberships.
They have a total of two interviews. First one is just informational and they ask basic customer service questions. Second you have to memorize pricing and some sort of script they give you.

It was great, the woman that interviewed me was sweet and professional. The interview was very thorough and lots of questions about experience. Come prepared and research the position ahead of time.
