      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Massage Heights (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2013

      Interview

For the management role, the interview process was very involved. Generally, the interview process is a series of interviews with other managers and the owner. It is a lot like a conversation to help understand the applicant, their job experiences and whether or not an applicant is a good fit for our team.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The questions are what you would expect for a management role. They are geared towards customer service, sales, developing relationships and diffusing issues. You should be prepared to answer how you can contribute to our team .. and then back it up with experiences and results.
      Answer question
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Massage Heights (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2015

      Interview

When you walk into the clinic, its pretty and looks clean. This good feeling lasts about five sec, until you meet the director who is rather frumpy and frowns to greet you. You are then escorted to a closet and then an office that has mountains of paperwork, files, trash, and miscellaneous clutter to which you are asking yourself " I thought they asked for an organized and clean person?"
