They use a long personality test to evaluate your application. Remember to lie on the test as if your candidacy depends on it, because it does. Look at the job description and make sure your test answers align with it. If it's an analytical position, your test answers should reveal an analytical side. If it's a customer service role, your test answers should reveal a service side. Don't believe their nonsense about answering truthfully and that the test is used only as a guide. It's a lie. That test is actually the main indicator and possibly the only indicator. After I was hired, they even told us in meetings that they summarily dismiss entire types of applicants based solely on the test.
