There is a written Test asking about SQL queries and achieving a simple task using a programing function in what ever language you like. Then there was a software test where they give you ten minutes and and laptop that has a program loaded on it and all the instructions are is to 'QA this program and make notes in the 10 minute span' Then you sit with a panel to discuss what you came up with.
