After applying for MasterControl I was contacted within a week. The recruiter set up a time to talk on the phone. This was a very easy interview which felt like more of a discussion, going over job description and some items on my resume. After that I was invited to attend an in person interview where I met with the HR team and the manager I would be working with. This went well and took about an hour. I was immediately called back for a final interview with 2 more members of the executive team, very friendly people. The initial job I had applied for ended up going to someone else, but because of the positive reactions they had to my interview I was offered a different position that better fit my skill set.
