Interview
Two rounds of interviews, the first was with HR to ensure resume and skill fit while also ensuring the candidate reflected company values. Round two was with the team and had more technical and experience based questions.

How much experience do you have in process automation and optimization?
The interview process for the analyst role included an initial screening to review my background, domain experience, and understanding of the role. This was followed by functional interviews focused on business analysis skills, Guidewire PolicyCenter knowledge, and P&C insurance workflows, including requirement gathering and stakeholder communication. The final discussions emphasized problem-solving, collaboration with business and technical teams, and how I approach delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
The interview process was 2 online test followed by a recorded interview and finally an in person assessment centre. During the assessment centre the day was split between group exercises, case studies and one-to-one interviews.

What challenges do you foresee in the payment services space?
Very organized and good but you had to fill out their pymetrics test within a certain number of hours of receiving their email which was difficult as a student with other deadlines and concerns as well.
