Interview
The job posting was one of those newly posted 24 hours ago. I got an immediate response the next day.
Then comes the phone screening, the recruiter was demeaning from the start and would not let me ask her a few questions. Then this recruiter proceeds to point out that I do not have "Scala" in my resume although I have a few other languages and framework experience under my belt. The recruiter goes on to say that "I have other applicants that have Scala on their resume" and ends the interview there and completely stone-walls me to ask any questions. Why did you reach out to me then? What a waste of my time! The interview did not make it past 10 minutes. Worst recruiter I've ever spoken to! Reflects the company - I will never apply to Mastercard ever again.

It was an on campus opportunity, after resume shortlisting, we had an online assessment that consisted of 2 DSA questions based on string and arrays, after that people were selected on the basis of the test. There were a total of 3 rounds. 2 technical and 1 HR round.
