I applied for lead software engineer position few months back. Then, I received a call from HR three weeks ago. The person mentioned there would be a technical test. We agreed on the date and time. But there was no confirmation email whatsoever from the HR. I was waiting for the test on the appointment day (and time). But no email, phone call or test invitation shows up. I can understand if it has been cancelled for some reason. But the least they could do is to inform me as a candidate, instead of wasting my time. That was two weeks ago and I waited that long before posting this review. Unprofessional HR and process.
