The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first, led by a principal, involved a math calculation case for a factory, testing analytical thinking and problem-solving for profitability. The second, led by a manager, focused on a market size estimation case for a chain discount market in Azerbaijan, requiring reasoning and structured analysis to assess potential and opportunities.

Interviewed through recruiter. Seemed to not know position or job description very well. Seemed to have difficulty understanding to what I was saying. Ended up going for second interview to only be cancelled last minute and job was removed from website. No feedback given when requested
