After application is done and your qualifications are a match , you will be invited to a A HireVue interview. It is a pre-recorded, one-way video assessment where you answer text or video questions. The first round of the interview is the pymetrics digital interview and you have 3 questions to record and submit. You have a maximum of 3 minutes to answer each question.

Interview
The process was quite easy. About 2-3 hours after completing the application, I got the invitation to take the pymetrics test. The test was basically divided into 12 easy games which did not take more than 30mins. I just got invited for the video interview
