It took almost a month for 2- 3 rounds of technical and techno-manager round.
After clearing all the rounds and multiple follow ups the HR says the person who took 2nd round doesn't think my profile is suitable even after clearing the 2nd round and interviewed for 3rd round. The HR doesn't pick up Calls at times or reply on follow up email.
Felt like even the hiring people is not clear with what they want and HR follow up is pathetic considering the Brand Master card is and culture it has. Overall hiring process is below par with other companies.
