I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2015
Interview
Overall a positive experience with professional process in a good and relaxed environment. The only drawback was the prolonged process that lasted for 1,5 months with several interviews over the phone as well as face to face. However, overall the experience was well received from my part as I got a solid experience of the company as well as the individual interviewers

Interview
For the third and final interview, I was assigned three tasks to prepare: 1) A slide deck to present their product, as though they were a real customer a TAM would work with; 2) Verify that an Active Cookie Consent Method was properly implemented and functioning as expected on a customer's website; 3) Customer prioritisation exercise.
During the interview, while presenting their product the way I understood it, the panel kept interrupting me with questions about the product itself. It felt like they expected me to be an expert on it already, even though I hadn't started the job yet! On top of that, they threw in around five unexpected code-related questions, despite this being a no-code role. Before the interview nobody mentioned I'd be looking at random websites and trying to explain their code which created unnecessary stress and was highly inefficient. The whole thing was odd—they kept saying how supportive their team is, but the way they operate doesn't really back that up. Honestly, during the interview, I felt like they were trying to undermine me. It wasn't a great experience and gave off vibes of a toxic work environment.

Mostly experience related and getting to know about me and my experience.

Interview
The screening call with the recruiter was good and she was very wonderful to converse with and work with.
The interview with the director and team lead, however didn’t feel that great. I felt as though it was already determined early on that I wasn’t what they were looking for but it felt as though they continued with the interview for the sake of us all being there.
I was then rejected from their generic recruitment email with no feedback. I then followed up with the recruiter who responded and advised she would ask for feedback. I haven’t heard anything since her response advising she’d seek the feedback. I found it quite unprofessional and disappointing that there was no feedback or the rejection didn’t come from the recruiter directly after two stages.
