I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process was two rounds and it was just talking to the team for the two interviews. Very chill and straight forward. No leer code or anything like that. But I also had a very technical background so they just trusted my credentials that I was who I said I was.
The interview panel was easy to interact with, focusing on situation based scenarios and a few technical questions that tested practical understanding rather than deep theoretical knowledge and real-world application.
First step is a phone interview with HR, next two steps are technical interviews with business case and test on programming languages, last one is a final interview to align on culture and values of the company
