Disorganized to say the least! Not much of a conversation. Interviewer scattered. No follow ups. I was surprised as the interviewer was texting during my interview. I was under the impression that they hired top notch HR people. I was clearly wrong. They ghost. Beware.

Interview
The Interviewer wore a hoodie to my virtual interview and could not answer any of my questions. They told me I should receive a 2nd interview invitation via email by “someone” (they did not know who the invitation would come from.), however no email was ever sent to me. I sent a folllow-up email after my initial interview to let them know that I had not received any email invitation and to inquire about the status of my candidacy. Again, crickets. I never received a reply to that email. It was then when I decided to withdraw my application. I will never reapply to Mastercard and will discourage others from doing so as well.
