Interview
I had two interview rounds. The first was with the creative lead and copywriter, and the second was with the creative director.
The first round went really well. They gave me very positive feedback on my skills and presentation. The second round with the creative director was also great. They interviewed me with an open heart and a friendly approach, making it a two-way conversation to get to know each other better. Unlike other companies I've interviewed with, where it felt more like an interrogation, this interview was a refreshing experience.
I had high hopes of getting the role, but unfortunately, I wasn't selected because I was overqualified. Despite that, this was one of the best interview experiences I've ever had.
