Very detailed questions about educational beliefs and philosophies, in addition to motives for working for this particular organization. About another month later, invited to teach a 25 minute demo lesson and thorough debrief.

After presenting a sample lesson, was asked to completely disregard the model I used and to explain how I could completely change the same lesson to meet different expectations.
