Interview
I felt like I was being grilled for 30 minutes instead of interviewed. Even if I get an offer I refuse to accept considering how poorly I was treated during this process. I met with two different men and one was quiet while the other just focused on my weaknesses rather than my strengths. Insisted I should have stayed at one of my previous jobs that I mentioned I left because of extreme lack of organization if I really liked a challenge that much. He had no idea of the situation I was in with that company and it was rather rude to tell me I should have just "stayed and tried to get promoted to help the company." Really don't understand how they expect to find a recruiter with such a negative perspective. Did not bother to get to know me and what I brought to the table. I felt unsure why I was even brought in to interview. I do not recommend this company
