Round 1: HR phone interview
Ask some basic behavior questions, no technical question.
Like:
1. Could you tell me about what does this role do?
2. The problem you met on projects and how to solve it?
3. How to deal with your teammates?
Round 2: OA
choose two from five(C++,JAVA,WEB,PYTHON, matlab)
I chose C++ and java.

C++:
some multiple choice questions and tow coding question;
basic concepts about pointer, null pointer, class inheritance.
coding part: implementing class inheritance, max difference of two numbers on array
Java:
some multiple choice questions and tow coding question;
garbage collection, iterator, class inheritance;
coding part: using Map and Iterator to sort some data; reverse all of words on a string;
There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.

Asked me to write a prototype for a simple algorithm in any programming language
1) HR interview : discussion about candidate profile (studies, former experiences, hobbies and expectations) and presentation of the company. 2) Technical interview: questions about MATLAB and control design automation. Choose among 3 topic : Maths/Deployment/Control Automation 3) manager interview
