Interview consisted of a 45 minute presentation followed by approximately 1 hour interviews with 5 different team members. The HR rep told me they pride themselves on providing feedback and not leaving candidates waiting for decision. She said she would get back to me the next day with input from the team. After 2 weeks of repeated follow up calls and emails, i finally received a form letter saying they were pursuing other candidates. There was absolutely no feedback or explanation given as to why my application was not moving forward. i was very disappointed with the interview process. I spent close to a month preparing the presentation (interview was delayed due to holidays and a snowstorm) and then 6 hours interviewing. While I can appreciate that they might have other candidates that they prefer, I think the least they could do is provide is some timely explanation of what part of my background/interview didn't match what they are looking for. They clearly do not follow their Core Values.
