It took a couple months since submitting the application, but eventually they called to set up a group interview.
The group had about 15 applicants and three employees talking to us. They described the company and the position (research project assistant) before asking us for introductions.
We then went through a sample survey where we read the prompts that would be read to the subjects. They then asked if there were any questions and gave us a training schedule to select availability (for training and general hours) in case we were called to be hired.
