Timed logic test, followed by an initial interview with an HR rep and a person pretty high up in the department and then followed by a day long interview with more people in the department and time getting to know people with the same job title. Same process for two different jobs I've applied to and the same outcome for both: told I'd hear back within a few weeks. A few months later after chasing after the HR rep I'm told I've been rejected.
3 step process, with work sample. HR recruiter, hiring supervisor, and then a longer interview with 3 separate people. Asked a lot of your basic personality questions, and some about my research experience.

A quick phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a phone interview with a hiring manager. Between the two screening/interviews, I did not hear back from the company for over a month. The recruiter and hiring manager both seemed nice and did not ask tough questions.

The interview process starts with the typical screening interview. Once you've been filtered, you make to a 4-hour panel interview with personnel at different stages within the organization.
