I had an initial 30 min phone interview that consisted of general questions about my experience, interest in the role, and the firm. I then was invited to a 4 hour interview where I met with 10 different staff members for around 30 mins each (usually two at a time). Everyone was nice and they seemed to be tasked with asking questions around a certain area (ie-technical skills, leadership, problem solving). It was fairly conversational and I had a little time at the end of each session to ask questions, some people allowed for more time than others. Some interviews offered to answer my questions after the interview which was really kind and I appreciated it.

First step is an HR phone screening followed by a 30-45 minute call with a Senior Researcher. The last step is a video chat with several senior members as well as somebody with the same position. Everyone was super friendly and the interviews felt very straightforward. They were interested in what I had done and I felt myself almost relaxed by the end of the interviews.
