The process for me took approximately one month. I received a request to have a 20 minute HR phone call. During that phone call, she invited me to a second round interview with a 45 minute call with a Principal Researcher in the Human Services department. During my call with the Principal Researcher, I was invited to a third round interview. The final interview was 4 hours, split into multiple different calls with multiple different people. After the final interview, they told me they would get back to me early the following week. However, they did not. Later that week though, I received an email from the Principal Researcher who did my second round interview, asking how the final interview went. She also said that all the people in my final interview enjoyed meeting me, but she didn't give any update as to whether or not I got the job. The next day, I recieved an email from my HR recruiter asking if we could call on Monday for a brief "update." Then, she offered me the job!
